feat: use modified ssz_types crate that extends to 2^40 root when a magic list size (2^29) is detected

• https://github.com/ReamLabs/ssz_types/tree/magic-extended-list - Looks for 2^29 list root and extends to 2^40 list root. The original crate is overridden via [patch.crates-io] by consenzero-bench (both host and guest).
• https://github.com/ReamLabs/ream/tree/zkvm - Implement "zkvm" cargo feature that reduces 2^40 VariableList to 2^29. The original crate is overridden via [patch.crates-io by consenzero-bench (both host and guest).
