Task

Add Room database dependencies to project: Configure build.gradle files to include Room database dependencies and enable kapt for annotation processing.

Acceptance Criteria

• Room database dependencies are added to build.gradle
• Kapt plugin is enabled for annotation processing
• Project can successfully sync and compile with new dependencies

Summary of Work

This pull request sets up the foundational infrastructure for Room database implementation by configuring the necessary dependencies in the project's build.gradle files. The changes will enable Room database support and annotation processing for our Todo application.
