Improved the alignment of the contact page

Description👨‍💻

I made significant improvements to the "Contact Us" page to enhance its visual appeal and responsiveness:

• Fixed alignment issues for a cleaner layout.
• Added a dreamy effect to the title using a subtle filter blur and enhanced a few colors for better visual hierarchy.
• Ensured full responsiveness across all screen sizes:
• Extra small screens: Made "Email" and "Website" text clickable for better accessibility.
• Medium screens: Displayed the email and website as fully written-out text.
• Large screens: Included both clickable text and the full details for better usability.

Since the task didn’t require changes to colors or shadow effects, I requested confirmation before submitting this PR with those enhancements. In case you prefer, I can create a separate PR without the color updates and close this one.
