Question 4: you suppose to use k=3, but your code uses n_clusters=5. (It`s ok, just noticing )
Question 5 bootstrapping: you should bootstrap the mean using samples the same size as the dataset (n=len(wine_df)), not n=40.

Please take care about this small issue and then you are all done!
