- A query is now created from comma-delimited strings of numbers with leading zeros - Addresses: RTICWDT/college-scorecard#1715 Update specs for test for string list - Remove the spec for list of strings in error_checker_spec because it is not actually testing my function - Update the describe statements in search_ and query_builder specs
