Synced all 44 open benchmark-labeled issues from GitHub. Two evals had content changes on their source issues, both retargeting to admiral-bds: - github-issue-166 (ADTTE derivation): admiral-adtte -> admiral-bds - github-issue-167 (ADRS derivation): admiral-adrs -> admiral-bds Both source issues' titles ([benchmark][admiral-bds]) and their ## Skills sections now specify admiral-bds.
