Summary
Added scripts to verify Snapshot space strategies via Snapshot Hub and to broadcast Safe-signed Space EIP-712 settings messages when Snapshot UI only collects Safe message signatures. Removed session-specific payload artifacts and ignored local
space-message*.jsonfiles for production cleanliness.
