docs: flesh out start_here 'Other' stub into five full feature sections

Overview

Replaces the __Other:__ stub at the end of start_here.py — previously four bare bullets — with five full feature sections matching the established format: Mass Models, Automated Pipelines / SLaM, Dark Matter Subhalos, Graphical Models and Weak Lensing.

Each section has a science description, paper links where relevant (mass-model angular complexity: arXiv 2410.12987 and 2407.12983; subhalo scanning: arXiv 2209.10566) and a Checkout ... pointer verified against the current workspace layout (guides/profiles, imaging/features/advanced/mass_stellar_dark, guides/modeling/slam_start_here.py, imaging/features/advanced/subhalo/{detect,sensitivity}, guides/modeling/advanced/{graphical,hierarchical}.py, weak/start_here.py).

Docstring-prose-only change: no code cells altered; py_compile and scripts/check_sizes.sh pass. Notebook regenerated via PyAutoHands generate.py (only start_here.ipynb diffs). Shipped under a human-authorized Heart-RED override — the RED is the unrelated nightly release-validation integrate failure.
