…shboard (PyAutoBrain#311) Companion to PyAutoBrain feature/bundle-themes. Adds the controlled theme vocabulary (24 keywords, code-not-ledger in ledger_merge; EMPTY in spawn), documents `Themes:` in REFERENCE.md, adds themes.md to the dashboard_refresh triggers, backfills `Themes:` (1-3 keywords, primary first) on 130 of 136 draft prompts — the 6 skipped have no metadata header — and regenerates dashboard.md/html: 23 auto bundles, 22 of them theme-keyed and cross-repo.
