Close-out for #328, shipped as #3295eeee59. The ledger update has already
merged; this lands the lifecycle record for it.

What this carries

  • complete/2026/08/jax-stall-shared-preloads-retime-refutation.md — the rich
completion record, original prompt folded in under ## Original prompt.
  • active/jax_stall_shared_preloads_retime_refutation.md removed and the
    ## jax-stall-shared-preloads-retime-refutation section released from
    active.md — the full draft/ → active/ → complete/ advance.
  • complete/index.md (1140 records) and the dashboard regenerated.

All lifecycle writes went through scripts/lifecycle.py record --apply; nothing
hand-edited. lifecycle check: OK.

The standing follow-up this record carries

Worth surfacing outside the record, because it has a live consequence:

The 2026-08-24 retime readmitted eight entries to mega-run coverage on N=5 per
leg. One of them (shared_preloads.py) hung the next day. The other seven were
cleared by the same under-powered protocol and are in the weekly channel now.

That is cheaper to settle than it was yesterday: the weekly smoke-timings-*
dataset shipped the same day (PyAutoHeart#182) makes per-script weekly timings
globbable, so a few weeks of accumulating data answers it without a bespoke
re-time sweep.

Two smaller ones also recorded: smoke_tests.txt and no_run.yaml disagree about
which scripts are excluded and are read by different gates; and pyauto-brain bug
returns owner: unresolved for prompts whose only repo is @PyAutoMind.

Shipped as 5eeee59. Prompt advanced active/ → complete/2026/08/, active.md entry
released, index + dashboard regenerated.

Record's standing follow-up: the 2026-08-24 retime readmitted eight entries to
coverage on N=5 per leg; one hung the next day, so the other seven carry the same
uncertainty. The weekly smoke-timings-* dataset shipped the same day makes that
cheap to settle from accumulating data rather than a bespoke sweep.
