fix: degrade to a one-tap PR link when policy blocks Actions PRs - #54
Merged
Conversation
Third live run (#50): filing, gate and push all green; gh pr create was refused by 'GitHub Actions is not permitted to create or approve pull requests'. When that policy is on, comment the compare link instead of failing the whole filing. Third live run on #50: filing, pytest gate, and push all succeeded; only
gh pr createwas refused — 'GitHub Actions is not permitted to create or approve pull requests' (repo/org Actions policy, currently off for this org). With this patch the workflow comments a one-tap compare link on the issue instead of failing; enabling the policy toggle makes PR-open fully automatic again.Generated by the PyAutoLabs agent workflow.
