         Three-dimensional finite-difference integrated hydrologic flow model

NOTE: This is a miminal release that contains source code (src directory) and
      windows compiled executables (bin directory). This was done to release the 
      report as soon as possible. A future update, will remove this disclaimer and 
      include a makefile and full set of examples.
