Rework all Quantum Computing Solvers to our new Quantum Circuit Execution Mask #156

#133 added a circuit Execution Mask that is currently being extended with more features, and adapted to the first problem in #154.

This kind of behavior should be added to all of our quantum solvers (all QUBO, SAT, Knapsack, ... solvers that cerate a quantum circuit).

This is a larger task and should only be started once the circuit execution mask is finalized.
