- Move from Docker Hub to GitHub Container Registry (ghcr.io/primeintellect-ai/prime-rl)
- Add ARM64 builds using native runner alongside existing AMD64
- Create multi-arch manifest so a single tag works for both architectures
- Add workflow_dispatch with platform choice (amd64-only, arm64-only, both)
- Update action versions to v3/v4/v5
- Matches the pattern used in pi-rft build-push-prime-rl workflow
