Keeping the store name in the label is a good call, otherwise every link on the page reads the same in a screen reader.

Just one thing I'd propose, the wording feels a bit off, "our store X on the number". I would go with something like:

Call %store_name% at: %phone%
Send a fax to %store_name% at: %fax%
Send an email to %store_name% at: %email%
