📝 Detailed Description

Fixes event/market storage key collision by namespacing event storage keys.
Ensures events are bettable by creating a corresponding Market entry when create_event is called.
Enforces private event allowlist in BetManager::place_bet:
Public: anyone can bet
Private: only allowlisted addresses can bet (else Error::Unauthorized)
Adds comprehensive tests in src/test.rs (option B) covering visibility, allowlist, and edge cases.

What does this PR do?

Namespaces Event storage keys to avoid collisions with Market storage.
Makes create_event also store a corresponding Market so events are bettable.
Enforces private event allowlist in place_bet (non-allowlisted => Unauthorized).
Adds tests in src/test.rs for public/private betting, allowlist add/remove, visibility switching rules.

Why is this change needed?

Event visibility/allowlist existed but betting enforcement could break due to storage collisions and missing bettable Market for events.

How was this tested?

cargo test

Result: ok. 538 passed; 0 failed
