Changes proposed in this PR include:
Added ruff rules requiring little to no change in code.
Added ruff rules: YTT, BLE, RERF, Q, EXE, FA, FURB, FLY, SLOT, NPY, W, TID, PIE, RSE, TRY002
Added all other desired ruff rules in
pyproject.tomlbut commented out.
