Removes [vitest](https://github.com/vitest-dev/vitest/tree/HEAD/packages/vitest). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@nx/playwright](https://github.com/nrwl/nx/tree/HEAD/packages/playwright). These dependencies need to be updated together.
