Pillow-related errors are now handled (int not subscriptable, etc.).

-output files are no longer put in a subfolder of outputs/ with the
same name as the input file's containing folder.
-The name of the input file's containing folder is no longer included in
the output file.
-"line_length" kwarg is now "console_line_length" and "file_line_length"
-"create_files" kwarg is now "do_file_output"
-"file_delimiter" and "file_decoration" kwargs have been replaced with
a complete set of four kwargs for delimiters and decoration for
console and file outputs separately. The default decoration for inside
files has changed.
this newer version should not have been included in the previous commit.

change imageTools to separate out io, make the output formatting kwargs more straightforward to use, allow file output and console output to be formatted separately, and allow consolidated output to a single file.
