Add README Chinese translation

Changes
Added Simplified Chinese translation of the README (READMEs/README_zh-CN.md) using the same markdown structure and formatting as the original document.

Why
To improve accessibility for Chinese-speaking users and contributors by providing localized documentation.

Checkmarks

  • The translation file has been created and formatted correctly
  • Used consistent markdown syntax with the rest of the project
  • Updated documentation (added new translation file)

Additional information

  • Translation file location: READMEs/README_zh-CN.md
  • Follows project's translation naming convention (README_<lang>.md)
  • Includes all sections from original README with accurate localization
  • Maintains all links and formatting elements

Thanks for the Pull Request. I'll be merging the next commit. In the meanwhile please adjust the tables so that the vertical lines are at least almost aligned.
