This script has been removed in a recent PR: openedx#31811 so I think it is best to add this error and the appropriate solution to our environment setup instructions and close this PR based on the future removal of the script. What do you think, @kuipumu ? |

Description
This PR adds a fix for the script used for demo course provision, this script is executed when devstack is provisioned, since the script is broken the devstack task that is responsible to execute this script fails.
