This PR

  1. Moves to Nemo3D tutorial to the examples folder (following up on Implementing convert.nemo_to_sgrid() #2460)
  2. Renames the tutorial_unitconverter to tutorial_velocityconversion (following up on Removing UnitConverters from v4 (attempt 2) #2465)
