Fixed a compatibility issue with case-sensitive JSON keys. The mod will now be case-insensitive.
Fixed FileSystemWatcher. If enabled, mod will auto clear the clothing cache when a JSON file is saved in the content path.

• Added support for Hex Values in custom JSON. System will still continue to support (u)int values in addition to hex. Hex values MUST be defined as a string with a "0x" prefix.
• Added support for adding specific Palettes (0x04) instead of relying on a PaletteSet (0x0F) in CloSubPalettes. See Examples/10000188.json for reference.
