There are probably needed changes in the restrictor. Can you tell me, when a redirected topic can be seen?

@ostcar There's nothing like that. The agenda items are merely copied over. There is no linking to the origin as it is the case for motion forwarding. The only new things are two new committee fields, that are restricted the same way as two other pre-existing fields and a new write permission. Neither affects what the restrictor has to do.

I had thought, that the user, that wants to copy an agenda item has to see it first. But maybe this is not necessary, since the user probably already has read permissions in the "copy-from"-meeting.

Then, everything is fine
