feat: add TerminalAccordion component

What does this PR do?

Adds a new TerminalAccordion component to allow expandable/collapsible sections within terminal output.

Features

• Expandable details section using typical ▶ and ▼ terminal toggle symbols.
• Left border and indentation for expanded content to visually separate from main flow.
• Added usage demo to the playground showing how it can be used to hide stack traces.
