When using the CPCT_LambdaPitch function with openfast 4.0.4 there were errors stating AFAeroMod and WakeMod were not found. Updating the function to remove AFAeroMod and renaming WakeMod to Wake_Mod resolved this issue. I also encounteredf another issue where even after specifying a wind speed it still defaulted to 5 which I haven't looked at why yet - which is why WS_default has been changed from 5 to 8.
