• Should we move partners?
• Rest of staff for iSchool?
• Add yourself (definitely)

2. Intern updates

• Repos - where they want to record their ongoing work... what they can point us at for a brief update, and if there are deliverables where will they place them (if not here).
• When should we do their next blog? (July 21 is next blog)
• David + Gordon doing a blog this next week as well
• Focus group

Email to interns:

• Are the repos + Github working... what would they prefer if something else

• Next blog - July 21

• Presentations at the event (oral presentation of their blog posts) ... 15 minute presentation - can be pretty informal overview of goals / problem statement, intermediate progress, and some presentation and achievements... ways forward or recommendations for sponsor.

• Focus group - First week of August... Friday the 4th

3. Event

• Official invite - we'll generate some generic text that can be forward to anyone.
• Catering (no idea) - Budget from Carole, and find out what we should get...

4. Curriculum meeting

• Set an agenda -
• Have review of existing syllabi
• Focus group questions - about what curriculum was helpful, and what things they ended up using in their internships... what did they need to know in advance...
• Additional faculty that we should engage (informally): Joel Ross, Jess + Jaime, and new TASCHA hire in GIS (Jason Young)

5. Publication?
