- only support esm => The ESM move sindresorhus/meta#15 https://2ality.com/2021/06/typescript-esm-nodejs.html
- drop cjs support
- drop node 10 support
- move jest config to package.json because of module supoprt (https://jestjs.io/docs/configuration)
- upgrade dependencies
- move to npm 7
- rename commitlint.config.js to commitlint.config.cjs (because of module support)
- add nvmrc
