Adds Dwight 4B to 🧪 Open Source, at the end of the section, and updates the counts: entries 169 → 170, open source 47 → 48, and the contents line (47 → 48).

Test passed: Same shape. In decision mode the answer set is fixed before inference (yes/no, lettered Choice options, or a 0-10 Score), the model returns one option token, the probability of each option is read from that token, and no free text is generated. Dwight also has a separate insight mode that writes JSON, which the entry mentions.

Affiliation: I work at Zime AI, which built and maintains Dwight 4B.

Checks: I couldn't run the npm scripts in my environment. I set the counts by hand from the README (the entry adds one item to Open Source), and checked that the new URL returns 200.
