Correction of an existing Built with Jev line. No new entry. Test: Built with Jev.

The current sentence still says the author device-tested WeChat adapters and reports roughly one-second judgments. WeChat is no longer a supported app, and this project does not publish latency numbers in listings. The replacement keeps the Jev/LLM split, names the current apps (QQ, X and Feishu/Lark device-tested by me, WhatsApp supported), and leaves the Code badge unchanged.
