Currently very barebones implementation to allow NPCs to complain if they have NT symptoms.

Still needs:

  • localization ability
  • more symptoms
  • more texts
  • preferably texts in other languages supported by the mod

localization will be done with TextManager.Get("localizationtag")

Detecting the chat type based on whether the headset slot has an item is unreliable. A character may have a non-headset item equipped in the headset slot, or items in other slots could also provide radio functionality. You should use the CanUseRadio method instead. In fact, I don’t think this check is necessary at all, since the original method doesn’t pass the chatType into the speak method either

does this mean npcs try to use radio by default?
