Intends to make blood sample vial able to be filled not only when the target has vanilla bleeding, but also an unclamped incision or unclamped extremity arterial bleed. Untested and won't work on current draft. Needs a lot more conditionals since I dont think affliction type can be used in conditional and it needs one for each arterial bleed. Needs clamped arteries conditional.
