I know starting and started being invoked immediately after each other doesn't make much sense, but I can't invoke the event at onEnable because then dependant plugins would need to execute before to be able to register into it, but they also need to run after because of things that they need to access from the library
Look, I'm trying here. Did lots of stuff yesterday and now sorting into commits is a bit painful
