Description
Changes the test list in the start new test window to a search bar with fuzzy searching.

Additional Notes
There is a tab autocomplete feature that is functional but it refreshes the dropdown every time tab is pressed which looks ugly. Using the up and down arrows works and does not cause the ugliness
