This pull request adds in a github action that will check code for obvious errors such as the use of an undefined import or the wrong usage of comparison operators etc. Every push to any branch this code will be ran.
This pull request also formats the project based off of standard python formatting rules and removes some files that are no longer needed such as TCP.py and Keithley.py that we were using before the implementation of icicle.
