Do not allow to define characteristics for one2many fields as the number of possible values for such fields is typically quite big and they typically do not represent a value that describe the product
Previously, the wizard button was placed inside the header of the tree view which made it appear only once some record was selected inside the list. The current solution enables to override this behavior of the tree so to make the wizard button appear any time.
