[IMP] Update removed_models and removed_fields datasets based on OpenUpgrade/upgrade_analysis.txt

• Update the removed_models and removed_fields datasets to help odoo-module-migrator detect and handle models and fields that have been removed between Odoo versions.
• The data is aggregated from OpenUpgrade (upgrade_analysis.txt).

What’s included

• Removed models

  • Location: removed_models/migrate_{FROM_VERSION}_{TO_VERSION}/removed_models.yaml
  • Format: each line → ['model_name', '']

• Removed fields

  • Location: removed_fields/migrate_{FROM_VERSION}_{TO_VERSION}/{module}.yaml
  • Format: each line → ['model_name', 'field_name', '']
