Nice. It fact, odoo/odoo@9c7d7f0 it's a fix. I mean, in v12, this shouldn't be 'product.template' but 'account.invoice', but Odoo didn't fix previous versions :S

email_template linked to product_templates were using "product.template" as model till v12.0 (https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/ba1ba88874e2ae9716e59ec199eb739d58c3f771/addons/product_email_template/views/product_views.xml#L14-L17)
and "account.move" since v13.0 (https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/13.0/addons/product_email_template/views/product_views.xml#L14-L17)
This PR adds a script to update those models.
