Where is my item stored when my pack is full?

It should be in your ender chest. However if your ender chest is full, find a safe place and type

/heh retrieve

The item will drop at your location.

How to reload?

There is no reload command at this time. Use /heh force-load to read configuration data from file, all unsaved data will lost.
