About The Pull Request
Simply changes the RCP from 3 to 1 for the nobleman role.
Testing Evidence
Why It's Good For The Game
The goal of this change is to encourage lords to play roles that provide more to the server. Honestly more needs to be done, such as providing a similar path of skills and traits the follow a similar playstyle a lord could have, but this is a start.
