for some reason on fedora if I dont specify #egg=anifetch it doesnt install correctly

I had to manually install via pipx and specifying #egg

there may be a better solution so ive decided to not merge it rn

Can you check if the install script works on fedora + ubuntu, if it still works then I will merge it
