Brings over CLAUDE.md, README.md, and .gitignore from bracyw/ner-jarvis, which has served as the workspace the ner-jarvis installer clones onto a new member's machine. This repo replaces it as the org-owned home. Done as a content copy rather than a GitHub repo transfer: the name ner-jarvis-context was already taken here, and leaving bracyw/ner-jarvis in place keeps the already-released v0.1.0 binaries working — they have that URL baked into their embedded payload and cannot be changed retroactively. README retitled; CLAUDE.md is unchanged, since it names no repo and only points at the live skills.
CLAUDE.md is loaded every session, so human-facing prose there is pure token cost. Move the walkthrough prompts and `ner-jarvis stale` usage to README.md and keep CLAUDE.md to rules only. Add a "Resolving ownership" rule after evaluating the NER skills against 48 ownership/routing questions. Conclusions were mostly correct but the supporting evidence was often invented: agents claimed Chris Pyle was the only recent Odysseus committer (1 commit vs. Jack Rubacha's 139) and that Alex Petry's commits confirmed Cerberus-2.0 ownership (2 vs. Blake Jackson's 119). The rule separates roster.json (structure) from GitHub (activity) and requires counts to be run, not guessed.
…lish context/ to its mirror
… NER skills; the CLI build embeds them

The repo is now two folders:
context/:ner-jarvis-contextwas brought in withgit subtree add, keeping its history, andskills/moved in beside it. The CLI build (cli/scripts/embed-payload.ts) embeds../context/skills.publish-context.ymlsubtree-splitscontext/and pushes it toner-jarvis-context:mainon every push tomainthat touchescontext/**, using theCONTEXT_DEPLOY_KEYdeploy key (already configured). I checked that the split fast-forwards the mirror's currentmain.ner-jarvis open: uses the workspace path recorded by setup, or asks for one. It clones the workspace if it's missing and fast-forwards it when it's behind with no local changes, then opens Claude Code. Any other git state is reported and left alone.roster.jsonget an optionalonboarding: { start, faq }.ner-onboardopens with it, and the "Start here" table incontext/README.mdis generated from it (bun run sync:context, with--checkin CI).ner-onboardis nowdisable-model-invocation: true, so it only runs as/ner-onboard.cli/, and release assets are uploaded fromcli/dist/.ner-jarvis-cli; GitHub redirects the old URLs.Tests: 284 pass,
tsc --noEmitis clean, and the host binary builds and runsopen --dry-run.
