Installation

Chrome extension with minimal custom CSS for chrome://downloads.

Tested in Chrome and Vivaldi.

Open chrome://flags/#extensions-on-chrome-urls and enable "Extensions on chrome:// URLs"
Open chrome://extensions and switch on Developer Mode (required for installing extensions from a local source)
Drag and drop chrome-downloads-css.crx into the Extensions page
