This restricts the monitoring AppProject's permissions by removing cluster-wide resource whitelists. Users without a provider-managed ECK operator must now install it via the new 'common/elastic-operator' chart manually or by adding it to their overlays.
This aligns the Beats DaemonSets with the infrastructure standard by replacing the OS-level emptyDir mount with dynamic, generic ephemeral volumes backed by the default 'ceph-corbo-cephfs' StorageClass. FS fallback is no longer allowed.
