Added new workflow template
workflow_templates/3rd-party-sec-scan.yamland corresponding configuration exampleconfig/examples/3rd-party-sec-scan-config.yaml.The workflow will run Grype & Trivy tools over configured list of Docker images and generates vulnerability report in CSV format.
