❓Mandatory Upgrade?

• Upgrade Optional. This version contains improvements, fixes, and new features but is NOT a mandatory upgrade.
• The current minimum supported version is v3.2.0

⏫ Upgrade Steps

• Backup your wallet.
• Download the appropriate file below for your OS (download links will appear once builds are finished).
• Replace your current neblio-Qt (.exe, .app, etc) with the one you downloaded.
• Restart the wallet using the new file you just downloaded.
• A QuickSync will occur the first time this version is started.

• Neblio Block Voting:
  • Add ability to vote on Neblio Improvement Proposals while staking
  • Add "Manage Votes" dialog to neblio-Qt to allow setting up block voting preferences
  • Add RPC commands castvote and listvotes to manage block voting preferences for nebliod

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fix cold staking RPC command input types
• Fix RPC help bug that required wallet to be unlocked
