GreyMagic 首次调用方法后会缓存参数类型，如果再次调用同一方法且传入类型不一致时会报错。 将标点共用的函数统一入口，参数固定为更合理的 uint，防止外部调用时冲突。
在插件初始化（Initialized）、注入（Attached）、所有模组初始化（ModulesInitialized）后分别生成对应的 ACT 日志供下游插件接收，以免需要主动获取鲶鱼精邮差状态。 格式如： `00|time|FFFF|PostNamazu|Attached` `[time] ChatLog 00:FFFF:PostNamazu:Attached`
