  • Update docker images to Ubuntu 22.04
  • Update dependencies
  • Update to version 5.0.0
  • Disable calibration in most action yml files
  • Update to be compatible with updates made in scos-sensor where scos-sensor handles initialization of sigan
  • Load actions based on configured sigan (SIGAN_MODULE and SIGAN_CLASS)
  • Update GPS to use sensor class from scos-actions
  • Update to be compatible with latest scos-actions (including removing calibration, now handles in scos-actions sensor class)

After this PR approved, will push new 1.0.0 release for scos-usrp/scos_usrp_uhd package

After this and #30 approved, will create release 5.0.0 for scos-usrp
