Ed, did you mean to merge this into the feature/obs_builder branch. Please be aware that praveen add a bufr_avhrr implementation there already, did you mean to replace that implementation? |

This is based on Praveen's converter to netcdf.
Adds ioda variables and several other variables that calculate angles, etc.
May need additional QC, if required.
