Hercules build failure

The GDASApp build exceeded the specified 1 hour and 45 minutes and was therefore terminated by the system. It's not clear why the Hercules GDASApp build took so long. The Orion build completed in 21 minutes.

Will remove the Hercules failed label and rerun Hercules CI later in the day.
